This new book is written by the world's foremost
authority on Italian spinning reels. It is a soft cover, 6" X 8½"
spiral bound book that contains 150 pages on the history of the famous
reel companies, ALCEDO of Torino, Italy and CARGEM of Gemonio, Italy
Although
this book is written in Italian there this much information that can
be gathered by spinning reel collectors that do not read this
language. There are over 85 color photo's of the famous ALCEDO
spinning reels that show all of the different versions of each model.
Also included are more than 55 color photos of the CARGEM spinning
reels that show all the different versions for each model. There are
five pages of photo's of the CarGem factory that you will find very
interesting. There is also a list of all models that includes the
rarity, value in euro dollars and special notes.
As stated above this book is written in Italian
but the photos alone are worth the price of the book. This book should
be on the reference shelf of anyone with any interest in ALCEDO and
CARGEM spinning reels, or just spinning reels in general.
