Tops among this category was an Illingworth #5 w/mpu EWB which sold @ $733.01. A neat Staro Tournament reel w/ 3-tier spool and double manual line pick-up exc. sold @ $363.03. An Abu Cardinal 3 tan/black second version exc received 69 bids before selling for $485.00. After checking on the high bidder it was his/her first item purchased on the bay. Then after checking on the second high bidder I found that he/she had previously bought 6 items on the bay, but nothing that was fishing related… HUMMM!!!

DAM:

There must be a new interest in DAM QUICK spinning Reels. a 331-S NIB sold @ $107.50. A 550-N NIB sold for $102.50. Another 550-N minty sold @ $127.07, while another 550-N NIB sold @ $89.99. A 440-N NIB sold @ $146.45, a 220-N NIB sold @ $89.99. A 330-N NIB sold @ $89.99, and a model 1400 exc sold @ $159.76. An early Junior exc sold @ $123.43 and a Fenessa E-WB sold @ 165.78 and a super w/line counter EWB sold @ $196.40. HOLY COW!

Mitchell Collector's Reference Guide book by Dennis Roberts # 56 sold @ $330.51; A model 400-G exc+ ws/n 035 sold for $601.50. Garcia 301 NIB sold @ $202.50. A Garcia 300 c-1956 NIB sold @ $360.05; and a very neat display stand sold @ $327.94. A Mitchell tool kit from 1962, with screwdrivers, wrenches, and other specialized tools drew interest. It was in EX condition with most tools still in plastic covers. It sold for $260.55, and is shown here.

A Waltco ny-o lite exc sold @ $44.00. An Usland 500 model 1 exc sold @ $50.00. A Zebco Cardinal 4 last version NIB sold @ $218.50. And how about that Indian Motorcycle dealers spinning reel with a starting price of $24.95 that had no bids!! And a Penn 430 cf NIB sold for $103.49.
