eBay Report - October 2007

The massive Live/eBay auction posted by Lang's during the last week of October and held the first weekend in November sure cuts down the amount of quality tackle during the later part of October. However, there were lots of interesting miscellaneous maker baits sold.

Lures:

The month ended with a rare Pepper Musky Minnow, VG condition, in white with a black back stripe, selling for $2500. It is shown to the right. Another interesting lure was a Falls City (KY) Jinx, which was new on card and white/black head and sold for $193.50. It was a Bass Oreno type lure. A yellow Moonlight 1900, EX in an EX box, brought $399.50. A Moonlight Weedless Chunkbait, white/red head and EX iln an EX box sold for $350.01. One of the most interesting lures was a mother of pearl & brass crawfish in EX that sold for $504.66. It would match up nicely with the mother of pearl reel being sold at Langs. Rather than try to describe it, the photo is shown to the left.
